David is widely recognised for his transformative work at RHP, where he served as CEO for 23 years. Under his leadership, RHP earned a reputation for innovation, pioneering digital transformation, fostering a modern and inspirational workplace culture, and achieving excellence in customer service.
Currently, David serves as Chair of Gateway Housing Association and provides board-level advisory support to national charities and commercial organisations.
In his new role at metroSTOR, David will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategic direction, focusing on delivering comprehensive estate-based solutions tailored to the evolving needs of social landlords. His expertise will support metroSTOR’s mission to address key challenges, including improving operational efficiency, enhancing safety, and driving resident satisfaction.
