Newport City Homes is a not-for-profit association and the largest provider of social housing in the city and County Borough of Newport. Providing homes and services to more than 20,000 leaseholders and shareholders, their ambitions are to address the shortage of affordable homes in both Wales and the United Kingdom.

metroSTOR worked with Newport City Homes as part of the improvement works for high-rise blocks at Greenwood, Hillview, and Milton Court, to help provide a waste management solution that could reduce fire risk, ensure resident safety, improve operating efficiency and ease of access, while reducing the level of environmental impact.
