Treetops is an exclusive residential development by Cala Homes, located on the edge of the sought-after village of Oxshott in Surrey. Set within mature woodland, the site combines peaceful rural living with the convenience of nearby transport links and easy access to Cobham, Esher and London.

The Treetops development offers a premium mix of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and 3 and 4 bedroom family homes. To support active travel and Cala Homes’ focus on sustainability, metroSTOR was engaged to deliver a secure and aesthetically appropriate cycle storage solution across the site. With the development surrounded by trails, parks and cycle-friendly routes, the provision of safe and accessible bike storage was a must for the vision of Treetops.

metroSTOR supplied and installed both metroSTOR PCM Cycle Storage Units and PCH Cycle Stores across the scheme. The Cycle Storage Units are designed to provide individual plots with secure, weatherproof storage that maintains the clean aesthetic of the development. The Cycle Stores offer a higher-capacity communal solution, ideal for apartment blocks or shared spaces and were specified with green roofs using sedum species to promote biodiversity and soften the visual impact of the units.

Each product was chosen to align with Cala Homes’ premium design standards while delivering robust functionality and long-term durability. Together, the bike storage installations support active travel and contribute to the environmental quality and usability of the Treetops development.
