About the event

This is the next step in our Waste Management Working Group journey, the development of a roadmap template, giving landlords a framework to:

Assess the current waste management situation on any communal residential block.
Analyse the impacts on all relevant stakeholders, including residents, landlord and the wider community.
Define the root causes of all the issues identified and develop a comprehensive project brief.
Identify the potential investment and management options available that could fulfil this brief.
Objectively compare these options in terms of capital investment, revenue savings and resident and environmental benefits.
Establish an engagement and delivery process so all stakeholders understand what they need to do to guarantee success.

We’ll be sharing the template with you that we’ve been trialling with a number of landlords, and look forward to getting your input to shape this further before it’s released, so join us online on the 29th February at 11am.
