metroSTOR BIKE-S

The BIKE-S locker module blends style, durability and ease of use with a clean aesthetic that is designed with a view towards contributing to the urban street scene. It combines the security of an individual locker with the compact dimensions of a communal store.

Our Street variant enables ease of access, with the option for a Walk-In module also available. A variety of colours encourage the opportunity to complement the environment, adding to the visual appeal of our product and creating a sense of unity and personalisation. For designers and specifiers, the low-profile form and car-space footprint support straightforward integration within streetscapes, parking layouts and public realm schemes.

This approach to design and function in no way compromises security, with all BIKE-S locker modules achieving Sold Secure Bronze accreditation as standard. This provides clear assurance for schemes where defined security standards are required at specification stage. Unique slot pattern vision panels ensure clear lines of sight, aiding personal security measures in tough urban environments and ensuring the user’s peace of mind.

BIKE-S communicates the intent of our product with clear cycle parking graphics. Each module utilises space efficiency and is designed to fit within the dimensions of a car parking space. In addition, each module can be connected in a series to form a larger cycle store, expanding its scope of accessibility. The modular, repeatable format allows capacity to be scaled across a site while maintaining a consistent design language.

    metroSTOR BIKE-S Street Cycle Storage Module

    metroSTOR BIKE-S Street Cycle Storage Modules are a low-profile design with a maximum height of 1485mm for reduced visual impact and the maintenance of clear sightlines. The 2000mm module depth enables positioning within standard car parking bays. Three models are available with storage capacity for 6, 12 or 18 cycles.

    metroSTOR BIKE-S Standard Cycle Storage Modules maximum height of 2200mm allows access inside the store and affords protection from inclement weather. The same 2000mm depth enables positioning within standard car parking spaces.

    With the same low-profile design and compact footprint common to all metroSTOR BIKE-S products, the SQ model provides four individually lockable stores within a compact footprint where access to both front and rear of the unit can be accommodated. High specification locking systems and security fixings throughout ensure safe storage of cycles.

    Vision Panel

    The unique slot pattern vision panels ensure clear lines of sight are maintained through the store for personal security.

    Integral Cycle Racks

    Integral, stepped cycle trays and welded security locking points at the front of the store makes loading and securing cycles easy.

    Optional Door Closer

    Access doors can be fitted with internal closing cylinders to prevent the store being left unsecured.

    Door Lock Protection

    Access doors are locked using a Kitemarked 3-Star Eurocylinder with external anti-drill plate welded to door frames.

    Green Roof Options

    Optional lightweight sedum or wildflower green roof with integrated liner, reservoir and growing medium.
